El Clasico always features some of world football s best attacking stars and Saturday s LaLiga clash is no exception.
Gareth Bale is out injured for Real Madrid, but Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Alvaro Morata should all feature in the game.
Barcelona, meanwhile, have their vaunted attacking trio Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez.
But which Clasico star has performed best so far in 2016-17 and who is struggling by comparison?
Ahead of the big game, we look at attacking statistics across all competitions of the four top forwards in each side, courtesy of Opta.

Former England winger Darren Anderton believes the Three Lions would have won the Euros if Pep Guardiola had been in charge.
Following England s 2-1 defeat to Spain in the Euro 2024 final, the Football Association (FA) announced on Tuesday that Gareth Southgate had stepped down as manager.
Since then, a host of names have been linked with the vacant job, with Eddie Howe and Graham Potter among the reported frontrunners.
One of the others being linked with the position is Guardiola, who is going into the final year of his contract at Manchester City.
The Spaniard won an unprecedented fourth consecutive Premier League title with the Citizens last season, though conceded at the end of the campaign he was closer to leaving than staying .

Pep Guardiola ended speculation over his future by signing a new two-year contract with Manchester City on Thursday.
The deal, which runs until 2023, will see the former Barcelona boss extend his stay in England to seven years.
While Champions League glory has eluded them, City have hit new heights since Guardiola s arrival in 2016. They have won six major domestic trophies, including two Premier League titles, winning 181 of their 245 games in all competitions.

For a team that won only three games last season, the Detroit Lions were one of the best stories of 2021 — doubly so if you rode the Lions to an 11-6 ATS finish.
Detroit had the luxury of playing with house money, as expectations were very low for Dan Campbell’s rah-rah style of coaching and a franchise in the post-Stafford era. That also meant plenty of forgiveness from the oddsmakers week to week. Detroit was a dog of +7 or higher in 11 of its 17 games.
Now, the Lions’ NFL odds are calling for a stark improvement with a win total of 6.5. Detroit may have caught some foes with their guard down in 2021 but no one is taking the Lions lightly this year, including the betting public.

Our first look at the NFL Week 8 odds comes on Thursday Night Football, as the Buffalo Bills host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a game Buffalo fans hope will get the Bills back on the wagon.
Buffalo is coming off a surprising loss to the New England Patriots last week. That follows two uninspired performances in a win over the New York Giants and another loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Many people are predicting a bounce back performance for the Bills, but it’s hard to know if they’ll put together a complete game even as a big favorite in our Thursday Night Football odds.

The Baltimore Ravens were a toenail away from possibly upsetting the Chiefs on opening night and now they find themselves in danger of falling to 0-3. Only one team had made the playoffs after an 0-3 start since 2000 and that was the 2018 Texans. John Harbaugh and comp…
